Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a wonderful end to 2013 and that 2014 is off to a shiny and peaceful start.

January is always an exciting month at Matatabi headquarters as we get to go to the trade shows and see many new fabric collections. You know what that means. Buying fabric! It’s busy and sometimes overwhelming but I love every second of it. I can barely wait to see what Naomi Ito has in store for nani IRO 2014 and as soon as I get a look I’ll be sure to share with you too. By the way, are you on instagram? In other fabric news we just received the Flapper e Pattern collection and it is pretty! Happy prints with beautiful, bright colours and fun graphics. There are three prints in four colorways each on 100% oxford cotton.
